@moonlightingyogi for latest classes & experiences
Whether you want to flow, connect or grow, I teach a practise of discovery and fun, coach to find vision, and believe that Yoga is for all.
Yoga helps me to slow down and see things for the way they really are.
The colour of spring blossoms, the smell of London rain on the way home from work, the sunrays dancing across your face at dawn. It helps me to tune in to right now. Tune in and let go of any sensations, emotions, anxieties that arise to just be. All that matters is that moment on that scruffy old mat.
I didn’t come to Yoga in some magical spiritual awakening, it was a class in a gym when I was 18…but it was enough to make me curious! Almost 20 years later of training and retreats, travels of self discovery, a personal practise and now a teacher for 4 years and I’m still curious but content in that my path in Yoga has really only just begun.
For me it’s not about insane aerobics, preconceived ideas about what should or shouldn’t be, about prescribing a lifestyle… or even levitating…it’s just about getting back to that moment, stillness, simplicity. Just to allow space in the mental race of life. And of course we’ll move and breathe and flow and pause to get there. If that sounds like your cup of tea drop me a line.
And if we do levitate one day that’s an added Brucey-Bonus.
